Complete Wellness Exams
Because cats are stoic by nature and do not display classic signs of illness, the physical exam is a critical part of your cat’s visit. We offer customized wellness care programs for all stages of your cat’s life.
- Kitten: up to 1 year of age
- Young adult: 1 – 4 years of age
- Mature adult: 5 – 7 years of age
- Senior: 7 – 14 years of age
- Geriatric: older than 14
Individualized Vaccine Protocols
Dr. Nesbitt will make vaccine recommendations based on your cat’s lifestyle.
Internal Medicine
We utilize a reference lab as well as our own in-house lab to provide you with thorough and timely medical testing and treatment options.
Surgery
A full range of surgical services are offered at CCC including but not limited to spay/neuter, laceration repair, abscess repair, mass/lump removal, cystotomy, gastrotomy and enterotomy. Dr. Pooyah is available to perform soft tissue and orthopedic surgery.
Dentistry
Dental health is very important to the overall health of your cat. Dental disease is extremely common and can lead to bad breath, infections, heart disease, and chronic pain. The Catonsville Cat Clinic has the most up-to-date equipment to ensure that your cat gets the best possible dental care available.
Anesthesia
We take anesthesia seriously at CCC and our protocols are designed to maximize your cat’s safety.
Pharmacy
We maintain a complete inventory of pharmaceuticals as well as a full line of prescription diets to meet your cat’s needs.
Imaging
Radiology is an important tool for diagnosing a variety of illnesses in your cat. We have on site x-ray equipment to give us immediate results. We also offer ultrasound and echocardiogram services performed by Intrapet Imaging.
Dietary Counseling
We provide guidance regarding your pet’s nutritional needs for each life stage. We also carry a full line of prescription diets to address specific medical conditions.
Behavioral Counseling
We can provide advice and suggestions for a variety of feline behavioral issues including litter box issues, furniture scratching, and intra-cat aggression.
